Transreport, a UK-founded technology service provider, has signed its first international deal. It will extend its Passenger Assistance mobile application to the Hankyu regional rail network in central Japan.
Transport technology company Transreport is encouraging passengers who need help when travelling to use its Passenger Assistance app.Using the free app, passengers book accessible travel and request assistance. They can also communicate their access needs, reserve seats and provide feedback on services for their journeys.
