Accessibility technology business, Transreport, receives King’s Award for Enterprise
Today, Transreport has been honoured with a King’s Award for Enterprise, in the category of Innovation. Transreport is one of 197 organisations nationally to be recognised with a prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise.
Transreport is the fastest-growing leading global accessibility technology company with the mission of democratising public transport. Its Passenger Assistance platform is used by rail and aviation providers across the UK to simplify and streamline assistance requests for Disabled people, older people, and people with access needs.

Since the business was established in 2016, 1.1 million users have registered to the platform globally. Delivery partners, Rail Delivery Group, have played a key part in this growth since 2021, rolling out Passenger Assistance to train operating companies across its GB networks. Their shared commitment to drive change has played a major role in the growth of Transreport, its platform, and impact on passengers.
