    Ade Adepitan MBE is a TV presenter, Paralympic medallist, journalist and father to two, Bolla and Zayla. Born in Lagos Nigeria and raised in East London, Ade survived polio as a youngster after he began to lose the use of his legs at just 15 months old.

    Dom Hyams

    Dom Hyams is Global Client Director at Purple Goat Agency, and consults and educates internationally on a range of topics including diversity, inclusion and accessibility.Dom joined the Purple Goat agency team in February 2021 - the world’s first and only social-first inclusive marketing agency, looking to create the most progressive, representative and authentic marketing campaigns in the world by integrating disability know-how and lived-experience in all aspects of campaign development and execution.The agency has seen tremendous growth over the last few years, with international clients including Meta, Google, Virgin Media, the EU and Heineken to name a few. Dom previously worked in TV, as a producer at the sports production company Sunset+Vine after being accepted onto the C4 production trainee scheme, working across output including the groundbreaking Paralympic coverage in 2012 and 2016.

    He is the founding editor of the Disability Power100 - Power List of Disability, which looks to showcase the most influential disabled change-makers in society.As someone who is extremely comfortable talking about all aspects of inclusion in an open and candid way, he passionately looks to demonstrate that thinking inclusively can offer incredible opportunities for creative expression within the industry, breaking down misconceptions around disability and progressive representation, whilst creating meaningful dialogue to build ‘disability confidence’ in those he meets.

    Nick Wilson

    Nick Wilson is a content creator, adventurer, accessibility advocate and Patron of The Wheelchair Alliance, who started creating accessibility videos when he became more reliant on a powerchair and has amassed over 8 million views during his first year in 2024 and forged a business working with organisations such as Silverstone Museum, National Trust and National Trails UK. He is passionate about the outdoors and raises awareness of the accessibility issues preventing people from accessing high streets, to our countryside and even going off-road. In July ’24 he successfully ascended Yr Wyddfa with no physical assistance aides, in an extreme all-terrain powerchair prototype, which has since become a documentary.
  • Steve Wilson

    Steve Wilson

    I bring over 10 years of experience in Aviation Accessibility, having worked with in-airport assistance service providers and airport/Airline accessibility operations, including at London Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, and others. I currently lead the Accessibility & Assisted Travel team at Jet2.Com and Jet2 Holidays, the UK’s largest tour operator.

    In my role, I oversee the end-to-end accessible customer journey, from booking and airport assistance to onboard services, overseas airports, and accommodations. As someone who is neurodiverse — autistic, dyslexic, and more recently diagnosed with ADHD, I have a personal passion for supporting neurodiverse travellers. I’m fortunate to be a member of multiple forums and groups covering Aviation Accessibility including the DfT Aviation Accessibility Task & Finish Group.

    I’m dedicated to improving the airport experience, accessible air travel, and related legislation to ensure that everyone can travel and explore the world without barriers.

    Jason is a director at RDG and has two core roles; firstly, around customer experience which includes the industry propositions for customer support, accessibility & inclusion and customer information. Jason is responsible for the strategy and the associated delivery of key projects, for example passenger assist or “smarter information smarter journeys”. Secondly Jason is also responsible for the CEO office which comprises typical chief of staff functions and cyber security. Jason has over two decades worth of experience within the industry having worked in Train Companies, the supply chain, 3rd party retail and RDG.

    Jennie Berry

    Jennie Berry, Head of Community and Business Development at Sociability and a renowned disability advocate, uses her platform to educate and empower others. Through her work with Sociability, an app that helps disabled people find accessible places, Jennie works closely with the wider community to continue to push for greater inclusion and transparency in sharing accessibility information. As a passionate traveller and manual wheelchair user, Jennie draws on her personal experience to foster a sense of community, and advocate for a more accessible and inclusive society.
  • Emma Partlow

    Emma Partlow

    Emma Partlow, Director of Consumer Engagement and Policy at Transreport, leads strategies related to community engagement and enhancing product experience through co-production with global consumers. She combines a wealth of industry and subject matter expertise in global policy and legislation, with lived experience of Disability to dismantle barriers that exist in society. This personal and professional commitment to creating accessible travel and tourism experiences for all is deeply integrated into Emma’s approach. Emma’s work has been formally celebrated with multiple prestigious awards including recognition as a Queen’s Baton Bearer in 2022. More recently, Emma was recognised on the renowned Shaw Trust Disability Power 100, which champions the most impactful and influential Disabled people; Emma’s award in the Transport, Retail, Service and Hospitality category underscores Emma’s dedication to transforming the landscape of accessible travel and tourism, and creating a worldview where inclusion is prioritised by all.
