2024 was a landmark year for Transreport, marked by groundbreaking progress expanding our technology into new industries and markets worldwide.
We are taking a moment to reflect on the transformative impact of the past year, as well as what to expect from Transreport in 2025 as we continue to accelerate our global expansion and create more inclusive experiences for all.
Investment and Strategic Growth
In January 2024, we secured investment led by Puma Growth Partners and Pembroke VCT, accelerating our expansion into the aviation sector and the Japanese market, as well as facilitating significant progress towards our entry in the Middle East. This funding has been instrumental in connecting geographies and transport modes worldwide, bringing us closer to our goal of inclusive travel experiences for all.
Our collaboration with East Midlands Airport (EMA) marked a significant milestone in the expansion of our Passenger Assistance technology to the aviation industry. EMA’s commitment to accessibility has been formally recognised by the Civil Aviation Authority, and together, we are enhancing the experiences of Disabled and older passengers, as well as anyone with access needs, travelling through this major UK airport.
Accelerated Global Expansion
We launched our technology with Hankyu Corporation, renowned for its high standards of customer service excellence. Our ongoing initiatives in Japanese rail will enhance accessible transport services for millions of passengers in the region.
We also announced our entry into the Middle East, a central international travel hub renowned for its technological innovation and commitment to sustainability. Our technology is poised to transform accessible travel in this key market, aligning with the UAE’s Tourism Strategy 2030.
Senior Leadership Appointments
We strengthened our Senior Leadership Team with powerhouses in the travel, transport and technology sectors to drive continued innovation and growth.
